Panasonic Dect 6.0 Metallic Gray Cordless/Corded Phone with Answering Machine

Yo he usado telefonos Panasonic por varios años.

This phone was well designed but very poorly documented. It has one of the worst users manuals I have ever seen.
In reading the user’s manual note that some of the keys they refer to in the manual are what they call soft keys. What they mean is that these keys appear in the base station and handset displays. These soft keys labels change based on the actions you are taking along with what state the phone is in. They do not do a good job of explaining this. What this means is that to get the most out of this phone you will have to set down with the phone and the user’s manual and experiment with different actions to get the features to work. I got so upset with this manual that I began to edit the manual, to get it to say exactly what actions have to be done to get a given feature to work.
I’ve only had the phone two days, but I like all the features it has but it would be so much better if it came with a user’s manual that would easily allow you to access them.

Everything works as advertised and for the price paid, it’s outstanding, especially compared to models made several years ago by Panasonic, Uniden, etc.

I was replacing an older version of this Panasonic phone. Was worried that the handsets would be too small. But we got used to the new phones right away. I like that the wall unit shows how many messages are on the machine as well as how many new messages. The only this that takes getting used to is the new rings. There are a few different rings but haven’t taken the time yet to listen to all of them.

I like it. My prior phone would conflict with my internet wireless signal – I don’t notice it with this phone. It seems clear when talking. I like the answering machine included with the machine and that you can listen to the messages from the cordless. The only thing I wish it had was an easier way to speed dial that I could show my parents but I’m pleased with the phone so far.
