I tried to contact the seller of this item, but got no response. Said they were on vacation. I am using two of the phones since these are the only ones I have! Will not buy from this seller again.

I bought this product to update my home office phone system from an earlier Panasonic system (KX-TG5110). As a computer science grad with over 25 years experience in the “valley” I am growing increasingly distressed with the development of user interfaces in Consumer Electronics. It is a real stretch to see any improvement between this phone system and the one it replaced for me. The UI does not resemble the included “documentation” and if it did it would still be an incredible disappointment!
This system requires manual (re-)entry of all information. There is no concept of sync with any PC Contacts program (e.g. the awful ‘Outlook’); in fact as far as I can tell from the documentation, it has no concept of sync between handsets or between a handset and the base. The only thing that keeps me from giving this product zero stars is (1) given its UI limitations it works and (2) my verizon/motorola cellphone system is at least as bad. It’s time for consumers to stand-up and stop buying this crap. Or, at the very least, let the drones at Panasonic know they need to do a lot better!

PANASONIC 5.8 PORTABLE PHONE WITH ANSWERING MACHINE. CAN TURN OFF ANSWERING MACHINE IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE THAT HAS VOICEMAIL. CONVENIENT WITH FOUR HANDSETS.

They die in the middle of calls.

I did order Panasonic Dect 6.0 Series 4 Handset Cordless Phone System with Answering System (KX-TG1034S) but I never received this phone i did call custumars service i did cancle my order & he did cancle my order then i order another phone i did received that phone but i missing some part replacement phone was Vtech i did order that so please you have to credit to my account plz i am not gone pay for that phone plz
