The clarity is amazing whether I am next to the computer or near the microwave or tv. The other day I discovered that when the power goes out it loses the time and day settings....BUT when someone calls they are quickly restored. AMAZING! I like the old telephone ring tone, lighted key pad, the weight, it's design, large screen and all of its jam packed features. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS PHONE! Rating: 5 / 5 This phone is awesome! So far so good but we'll see how it goes. Just wanted to let folks know a couple of things: <br />1) This is an energy star phone even though the description doesn't tell you that. That was my first criteria when choosing it--maybe that's important to you. <br /> <br />2) This is silver & black--not black & white as described. It's no big deal for me but it might matter to you.
